For almost any fisherman, whether they are a professional or beginner, ambitious or relaxed ... we have a truly wide variety of fish, lakes & rivers, equipment, access and knowledge to fill the needs of any fishing adventurer.

Walleye, pike, bass, perch and whitefish are all abundant in West Shining Tree Lake and many of the other larger lakes in our area.  Lake trout, speckled trout, rainbow and Aurora trout are specific to certain lakes but there are so many to choose from, it could take a lifetime.

Choose your style of fishing, all day adventures or short sessions.  Continuously explore new territory or fine tune your presentation at the hot spots.  Portage into lakes, big or small to try for trophy fish, more fish, or just to get away.  Combine fishing with a shore lunch, or nap, or take the kids for a swim and do some rock jumping.

We suggest that people bring their own equipment including boats, motors, fishing gear and PFD's.  Preparation and a good working knowledge of how to use the equipment can be the key to a successful trip.   Once the catch is secured, our camp is well appointed to clean, cook or store your catch to take home.
